Smartphone iD is a French passport and ID photo service used through an app on iPhone or Android. You take the photo yourself, it is analysed by AI and then reviewed by an expert, and you receive a digital file, including the digital photo code UK passport applications use, plus a print template. It covers the UK, France, the US and other countries, with free retakes.
Cost: Paid (US$8.50 one-off). Booking: No booking. Works on: iPhone, Android.
