What is Brijjo?
Brijjo is an iPhone app for international visitors to China, made by Chengdu Luyang Technology. Its planner builds a day-by-day China itinerary from your trip length, group size, daily budget per person, interests and requests in your own words, with attractions, meals, transport and hotel suggestions on one timeline you can edit. The app also has audio guides for selected attractions and city walks, help choosing restaurants and understanding dishes, metro maps, live exchange rates, emergency tools and arrival practice, in 13 app languages.
Cost: Free + paid plan (Paid from US$9.99 one-off). Booking: Not confirmed by the provider. Works on: iPhone.
Best for: First-time visitors to China who want a day plan, audio guides and food help in one app, in their own language.
How Brijjo uses AI
Brijjo says it creates 'AI itineraries': the planner turns your days, travellers, budget, interests and free-text requests into an itinerary, and recalculates the schedule, transport estimates and budget when you add or remove stops. It does not say which AI model it uses.
Booking: Not confirmed by the provider.
Keep in mind
- iPhone only (iOS 15.6 or later); there is no Android app, and the website has guides but not the planner
- Paid passes are sold in the app (7, 14 or 365 days, or lifetime), but Brijjo does not say what the free version includes
- Audio guides cover selected attractions and walks, and not every recording is available in all 13 app languages
- Itinerary costs are estimates; check ticket, fare and hotel prices and cancellation terms before paying
- The App Store privacy label says your email address may be linked to you for third-party advertising and analytics
