What is Wanderlog?
Wanderlog is a collaborative trip planner that puts itineraries, reservations, budgets and places on a map, with real-time group editing, expense splitting and offline access. Its AI trip planner suggests sights and restaurants and can auto-fill your days, and its AI Assistant answers activity and restaurant questions. It also compares hotel results from sites such as Airbnb, Expedia, Hotels.com and Booking.com.
Cost: Free + paid plan (Paid from US$5.99 per month). Booking: Not confirmed by the provider. Works on: Web, iPhone, Android.
Best for: Groups and road-trippers who want a shared, map-first itinerary; the AI Assistant may need Pro.
How Wanderlog uses AI
Suggests sightseeing spots and restaurants, auto-fills itinerary days, and answers questions through an AI Assistant.
Booking: Not confirmed by the provider.
Keep in mind
- Some features, such as Gmail import and Google Maps export, require Pro
- The AI Assistant and route optimisation may need Pro: Wanderlog's own AI page quotes reviews describing them as Pro features, and it does not say what AI help the free plan includes
