What is Airbnb AI search and support?

Airbnb's fall update on 30 September 2026 added AI search, letting you search homes, experiences and services in your own words or by voice, starting in the US. Search results now include AI-written descriptions of a home's key features, wishlists can compare homes side by side with AI summaries, and you can type keywords inside filters to find the right ones. AI-powered chat support is available in more than 50 languages, and Airbnb is adding voice support by phone.
