What is Priceline Penny?
Penny is Priceline's AI travel assistant. A rebuilt version announced on 3 June 2026 interprets complex trip requests, checks live prices and availability, lays out trade-offs, and lets you book your trip without leaving the conversation. It adds 'Penny's Pick', a top recommendation across hotels, flights and rental cars, and 'Penny's Take', a closer read on a single hotel (in beta), and now converses in multiple languages.
Cost: No separate charge (Comes with the device or service). Booking: You book in the same app. Works on: Web, iPhone, Inside Priceline.
