What is IHG app in ChatGPT?
IHG Hotels & Resorts launched an IHG app in ChatGPT in June 2026. It lets users search, compare and explore IHG's more than 7,000 hotels in over 100 countries, with ChatGPT recommending hotels based on the traveller's preferences and showing real-time availability, pricing, interactive maps and amenities. Once a hotel is chosen, users are guided to IHG's direct booking channels to complete the reservation.

Best for: Travellers who already plan in ChatGPT and want to compare IHG hotels side by side before booking direct.
