What is Delta Concierge?

Delta Concierge is an AI-powered assistant built into the Delta app for SkyMiles Members. It answers trip-specific questions such as flight time, seat and gate, summarises checked-bag status, looks up miles, Medallion progress and eCredits, and offers rebooking support during disruptions. Since August 2026 it can also cancel an eligible full itinerary in conversation and submit a refund request or issue an eCredit in real time. It started as a limited beta in October 2025 and connects customers to Delta's Reservations and Customer Care team when it cannot help.

Cost: No separate charge (Comes with the device or service). Booking: No booking. Works on: iPhone, Android, Inside Fly Delta app.

Best for: SkyMiles Members with an upcoming Delta trip who want quick answers, bag updates or help when a flight is disrupted.

How Delta Concierge uses AI

Authenticates the member, recognises their nearest upcoming trip and answers questions in natural language from Delta's own data; it can carry out full-itinerary cancellations with a refund request or eCredit and hands harder cases to Delta staff.
