Virgin Atlantic Concierge is an AI travel companion, powered by OpenAI and built with Tomoro, that went live across the Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Atlantic Holidays websites in December 2025. Guests can tap, type or talk to get personalised recommendations for flights, holidays and more, plus Flying Club and general customer help. Virgin Atlantic's new mobile app, launched in March 2026, integrates the Concierge for trip information, account queries and mid-travel questions.

Cost: No separate charge (Comes with the device or service). Booking: You book in the same app. Works on: Web, iPhone, Android, Inside Virgin Atlantic website, Virgin Atlantic Holidays website and Virgin Atlantic app.
