Sama is Qatar Airways' AI-powered digital human cabin crew, developed with UneeQ and offered in the Qatar Airways app and, according to the airline, on its website and its QVerse virtual platform. Travellers talk to her by chat or voice to ask about flights, destinations and Qatar Airways services, get destination suggestions and a tailored flight itinerary to book, and, in Business and First Class, customise their meal. Qatar Airways says she speaks English, Arabic and French, and announced in June 2025 that she was coming to WhatsApp with booking help in English first.
