What is Agoda AI Assistant?

Agoda's AI Assistant, in limited public beta since 15 September 2026, lets you plan a trip by conversation using Agoda's live inventory of accommodation, flights and activities, and compare prices and availability inside the Agoda app. Agoda says it remembers your preferences and trip context so you can pick up where you left off. Separately, Agoda runs narrower AI chat bots: the Booking Form Bot answers checkout questions such as free cancellation (January 2026), and the Room Grid Bot helps you choose a room from the room-selection page (August 2026).

Cost: No separate charge (Comes with the device or service). Booking: You book in the same app. Works on: iPhone, Android, Inside Agoda.

Best for: Agoda app users who want to plan and book stays, flights and activities through one conversation.

How Agoda AI Assistant uses AI

Agoda says the assistant's conversation runs on OpenAI's GPT-5.6 and that, for more complex planning such as family trips, it uses Google Gemini's Grounding with Google Maps to recommend places using live Maps data like ratings, photos and opening hours.
