What is Hilton AI Planner?

The Hilton AI Planner is a generative AI digital concierge that helps travellers explore Hilton's portfolio and plan a stay through conversation. Hilton put it into beta on Hilton.com in March 2026 for a small pool of visitors, and in August 2026 said it is available on desktop and rolling out in the Hilton Honors app. It helps travellers identify a destination, compare properties and explore amenities; because it sits inside Hilton's own channels, stays are booked through Hilton's booking flow.

How Hilton AI Planner uses AI
